Flying out of the barrel with arms lifted, Basque surfer Hodei Collazo scored a perfect 10 point ride on Day 2 of the O’Neill World Cup of Surfing in Sunset Beach, Oahu, Hawaii. If you look closely, you can almost see the smile on his face.
As expected, locals dominated the early heats of the O’Neill World Cup of Surfing on Day 1 of the competition. Sunset local Gavin Gillette demonstrated his prowess at this hefty wave, topping the day’s two-wave heat scores with a 14.0.
