So, International Surfing Day went off as planned - to much excitement around the world in different time zones! We hope everyone got a chance to pick up some trash & get into the water! Our local Huntington Beach, California event had a great turn-out – full of selfless volunteers, eager participants and gnarly surfers.

Tons of people signed up and renewed their Surfrider Memberships, while Surfrider volunteers educated passer-by’s about our special day and the initiatives they are representing right now – SAVE TRESTLES & BANNING PLASTIC BAGS.

Thanks to everyone for your support both on the beach and in your neighborhood!
